ROUND ONE RESULTS: Combo | Individual
GEORGETOWN, Texas -- The Concordia University Texas women's golf team sits in seventh place following the first 18 holes of the Southwestern Invitational, which were played on Monday at Berry Creek Country Club.
As a team, Concordia shot 436 on the day. Freshman #Amanda Herrera# leads the way for CTX after shooting a 101. Herrera is currently tied for 34th place.
Senior #Caroline Cole# returned to the links after missing the Tornados first two tournaments of the spring. Cole shot a 106 on the day and finds herself in 37th place.
Sophomore #Sophie Weber# recorded a 108, which has her in 38th place. Freshman #Breanna Conner# rounded out the Tornados with a 121 on the first day. Conner is in 39th place.
Southwestern University holds three-stroke lead over St. Mary's College entering the final round on Tuesday. Southwestern's Kelsey Coburn fired a six-over 78 to take a two-shot lead into the final round.
All participants will be back on the links tomorrow for the final 18 holes.
