AUSTIN, Texas -- Freshman #Russell Jablonowski# has been named the American Southwest Conference Male Track & Field Athlete of the Week, it was announced by ASC Director of Media Relations Greg Wehorst.

Jablonowski won the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.83 in his collegiate debut at the Incarnate Word Invitational in San Antonio, Texas. He also finished second in the triple jump with a leap of 13.19 meters.

The Tornados will continue their 2010 schedule on Saturday at the Trinity University Invitational in San Antonio.
