Two School Records Fall as Men's Track & Field Competes at Trinity

SAN ANTONIO, Texas --
#Russell Jablonowski# and #Quincy Braxton# each broke school records on Friday, while leading the Concordia University Texas men's track and field team at the Trinity University Tiger Relays.

Jablonowski set the school record by finishing first in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.60 seconds.  Jablonowski bested eight other runners in the field, including four NCAA Division I participants.

Braxton set the school record in the 400 meter dash after finishing second with a time of 49.60 seconds.  Braxton was the top NCAA Division III runner in both the 400 and the 200 meter dash on Friday.  He finished fourth in the 200 with a time of 22.68 seconds.

#Billy Moore# also set a personal best in the 200 meter dash after finishing 11th with a time of 24.44 seconds.

#Michael McDowell# and #Billy Moore# finished sixth and eighth, respectively, in the 100 meter dash for Concordia.  McDowell recorded a time of 11.85 seconds, while Moore finished in 12.10 seconds.

Concordia will compete in the Michael Johnson Classic in Waco on April 17.
