The Concordia University Texas Athletic Department is promoting its new Tornado Alley Booster Club, where CTX fans can become supporters of the Tornados' 13-sport athletic program.

If you become a Booster Club member today, you will receive a Tornado Alley T-Shirt (pictured below - also comes in purple) and a punch card for a free fountain drink at each home baseball, basketball and volleyball game.

In order to receive your free fountain drink, you must show your punch card and be wearing either the black or purple Tornado Alley Booster Club T-Shirts.

Membership to the Booster Club is $10.  However, a $5 shipping and handling charge will be added for each order placed through the mail. 

To sign up for the Tornado Alley Booster Club, please fill out a membership form and mail it to the athletic department.  Please include your payment with the membership form.

CTX Athletic Director Dan Huntley was recently asked about the future of the Tornado Alley Booster Club in the "Ask the A.D." feature.  Read the question and his answer below.

Question: What is the overall plan for the new Tornado Alley Booster Club? Will we see different membership levels in the future? Our current Booster Club Kick Off has been a success. We are initially trying to get our name out in our community and with our new CTX students. At the NCAA DIII level, we are about the student-athlete experience. That does not mean that we do not care about our fans or the gameday experience. We do, thus the initiation of our booster club. The more fans and businesses we can get to have a connection with or build a new relationship with, the better our gameday experience will be for our fans and most certainly for our student athletes. Our current entry level will not last long. We plan to initiate new levels of booster club support around December 1, 2009. At that time, our full club will be enacted and our fans will be able to gain certain levels of benefits for their level of support.
