SEGUIN, Texas -- The Concordia University Texas women's cross country team finished fourth overall as a team at the Texas Lutheran University Invitational Saturday morning.

Sophomore #Joli Bula# paced the Tornados by finishing 10th overall with a time of 25:36.8.

The Tornados were one of only four teams that were able to finish the race in its entirety due to the downpour.

Freshman runner #Maria Arreola# finished 30th overall for CTX.  Arreola finished the course in 28:44.8.

Freshmen #Kody Schuetz#, #Katelyn Bailey#, and #Tiffany Lyons# all competed in the event for the Tornados.  Schuetz finished 35th overall, while Bailey and Lyons finished 36th and 41st, respectively.

The Tornados will return to the course on Saturday, October 10 at the University of the Incarnate Word Invitational in San Antonio.
