COMPLETE RESULTS

CLINTON, Miss. -- Sophomore #Warren Sanders# finished 14th overall to lead the Concordia University Texas men's cross country team to a seventh place finish overall at the American Southwest Conference championship meet Saturday morning.

Sanders completed the 8K run in 29:41.78.

Freshman #TJ Bernal# recorded a 42nd place finish with a time of 33:59.52 for the Tornados.

Freshmen #Matthew Mecum# and #Joel Schildwachter# placed 60th and 65th overall for CTX.  Sophomore #Mark Giardinelli# rounded out the CTX runners with a 76th place finish at the meet.

Mississippi College captured the team title and the Choctaws' Tino Gonzalez was the individual champion after running the course in 28:02.32.
