Concordia University Texas senior women's cross country runner Megan Wagenaar has been named the Taco Bell Athlete of the Week, it was announced on Tuesday.

Wagenaar finished runner-up at last weekend's American Southwest Conference Championships in Abilene. She also guided the Tornados to a second-place showing, which clinched a spot in the NCAA South/Southeast Regional in Newport News, Va., on Nov. 16.
