What is the recruiting questionnaire?
The questionnaire is a brief form that allows us to get to know you better. It will provide the appropriate coach with some basic information about you as a student and an athlete.
Who will see this information?
When you click submit, the information you provide will be sent to the appropriate head coach and our admissions staff. We won't sell your information or send it to anyone off campus.
What happens next?
