Home Event Reporting Procedures
The CTX Athletics Communications office will make every effort to address postgame needs.

Full box scores will be printed out for coaches and media members directly after the game has concluded.

Packed game files and a game story (if requested) will be emailed as soon as possible following the game.

Box scores and game stories can also be emailed to your postgame distribution list (if requested).

Opposing coaches and/or SIDs will have access to phone lines, complimentary wireless internet and a photocopier if needed.

Visiting broadcasters will be accomodated, but please be sure to give the sports information office at least 72 hours advance notice.
The postgame distribution list includes the Austin American-Statesman, Hill Country News, Round Rock Leader, The Associated Press, KTBC-TV (Fox), KEYE-TV (CBS), KVUE-TV (ABC), KXAN-TV (NBC) and YNN Austin.
