AUSTIN, Texas - The Concordia Texas women's tennis team opened up the season with a conference victory by blanking Texas Lutheran University, 7-0.

Valerie Sanchez (flight one) and
Kailey Albrecht /
Jeauxleigh Cantu (flight three) won in straight sets to give Concordia the edge in doubles, while Albrecht highlighted the sweep with a 6-0, 6-0 triumph on flight six of singles play.Â
Concordia Texas will now have two weeks to prepare for the next match where they will host UMHB on Saturday, February 21st. First serve is set for 2pm.
