Co-captain who was the team’s number three runner … named first-team All-American Southwest Conference (ASC) honors and earned ASC Fall Academic Honor Roll accolades … helped Concordia Texas win the Hardin-Simmons Invitational (Sept. 1) after finishing the three-mile course in 20:44, placing fifth overall and third on the squad … placed 21st in the field and third on the team at the Texas Lutheran Invitational  (Sept. 8) with a 5,000-meter time of 21:43.78 … was 29th overall and third on the team in 20:47.5 to help the Tornados place first among non-Division I schools at the UTSA Ricardo Romo Classic (Sept. 14) … finished 23rd overall and second on the team in 23:42.2 on a 6k circuit at the Incarnate Word Invitational (Oct. 6) … ran a personal-best 5k time of 20:27.89 at the Concordia Invitational (Oct. 13) … finished seventh overall and second on the team with a personal-best 6k mark of 23:54.56 at the ASC Championships (Oct. 27)  to become the first student-athlete in program history to earn first-team all-league accolades twice … concluded the season with an 81st-place mark of 25:17.51, which also was third among Tornados harriers, at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships (Nov. 10).

Sophomore (2011)
Was the team’s number two runner for the second consecutive season … garnered first-team All-ASC accolades and named to the ASC Fall Academic Honor Roll … also was the recipient of the Tornados Coach’s Award … placed 55th overall and fifth on the squad in season debut at the Texas Lutheran Invitational, completing the 5,000-meter circuit in 21:24.3 … was second on the team and 14th in the field with a 6,000-meter mark of 24:33.84 to lead the Tornados to a runner-up finish, a program record, at the Texas Division III Championships (Sept. 24) … finished 85th overall and second on the squad in 20:50.40 at the Walt Disney World Classic (Oct. 8) … placed fourth on the team and 46th overall at the Concordia Invitational (Oct. 15) with a season-best 5k time of 20:33.52 … finished fourth overall and second on the squad with a season-best 6k mark of 24:24.50 in leading the Tornados to their first team title in program history at the ASC Championships (Oct. 29) … ended the fall with a 67th-place performance of 25:22.6, which ranked third among Tornados harriers, to help the squad record the highest finish ever by any ASC institution (9th) at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships (Nov. 12).

Freshman (2010)
Team’s number two runner ... named second-team All-ASC and squad’s Newcomer of the Year … made collegiate debut at the Tyler Lee Cross Country Classic (Sept. 11), placing 28th overall and third on the team after navigating the 6,000-meter circuit in 27:27.54 … finished 24th in the field and second on the team at the Texas Division III Championships (Sept. 25) in 26:32 … was second on the team and 27th overall with a 5,000-meter course time of 21:29.4 at the Incarnate Word Invitational (Oct. 2) … Placed 39th in the field and second on the team at the Concordia Invitational with a season-best 5k mark of 20:46 (Oct. 16) … helped the Tornados post a fifth-place team finish, their highest in school history at the time, at the ASC Championships (Oct. 30) by hitting the tape in 24:52.48 to place 12th overall and second on the squad for the fourth straight meet … recorded a season-best 6k time of 24:43, the fastest mark on the team, at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championship (Nov. 13).

High School
Three-year letter winner in cross country at Castle View (Colo.) High School … posted a personal-best time of 19:45 on a 5,000-meter course … team captain as a senior … also earned four letters in track & field and one in volleyball … ran on the 4x800-meter relay team that won the regional title … had personal-best marks of 2:36.67 in the 800 and 5:36 in the mile … member of the World Language National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS).

Personal
Daughter of Michael and Faith Rowlette … has one brother, Spencer, and one sister, Haylee ... also a member of the Tornados women's track & field team ... majoring in nursing.
