Competed in five events at seven meets...ran a personal-best time of 4:36.55 at the Marc Randle Classic (March 2)...placed third overall in the 3000m steeplechase, running a time of 11:21.33 at the Bulldog Relays (April 7).

High School
Four-year letterman at Galveston Ball High School...two-time regional qualifier...helped lead team to a district championship.
