Team’s number one runner as a freshman ... Was named to the All-ASC Second Team and won the squad’s Runner of the Year Award at the 2011 CTX Athletics Banquet … Made Tornado debut at the Tyler Lee Cross Country Classic (9/11), placing 26th overall and second on the team after navigating the 6,000-meter circuit in 27:22.56 … Led the Tornados with an 18th-place individual finish at the Texas Division III Championships (9/25) with a time of 26:10 … Was 21st overall and first on the team in a 5,000-meter course time of 21:10.8 at the Incarnate Word Invitational (10/2) … Placed 32nd in the field and first on the team at the Concordia Invitational with a season-best 5k mark of 20:18 (10/16) … Led the Tornados to a fifth-place team finish, their highest in school history at the time, at the ASC Championships (10/30) by hitting the tape in a season-best 5k mark of 24:38 to place ninth overall and first on the squad … Recorded a time of 26:32 to place 135th overall at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championship (11/13).

High School:
Did not compete in cross country at Lagos Preparatory Academy … Two-year letterwinner in track & field, garnering team MVP laurels in both seasons … Placed fifth at states in the 800 as a senior and ran on the second-place 4x400-meter relay squad at the same meet during junior season … Had personal-best marks of 2:32 in the 800 and 6:08 in the mile.
