Junior (2012)
Co-captain who was one of the team’s top two runners as a junior … earned second-team All-American Southwest Conference (ASC), ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Team and ASC Fall Academic Honor Roll laurels, and was recognized as the ASC Runner of the Week on Sept. 5 … led Concordia to a first-place finish at the Hardin-Simmons Invitational (Sept. 1) by recording a runner-up time of 19:39 on the three-mile course … finished ninth overall and first on the team at the Texas Lutheran Invitational (Sept. 8) by navigating the 5,000-meter circuit in 19:59.23 … was 20th in the field and second on the squad to help CTX place first among non-Division I schools at the UTSA Ricardo Romo Classic (Sept. 14) … ran the fastest time on a 5k  course in school history with a winning mark of 19:13.72 to lead the Tornados to a dual meet victory over Southwestern (Sept. 22) … set a 6k course record at the time by placing eighth overall at the Incarnate Word Invitational (Oct. 6) … registered another eighth-place performance individually at the Concordia Invitational (Oct. 13) and finished with a 5k time of 19:19.14 … placed 14th overall and fourth on the team in 24:57.69 at the ASC Championships (Oct. 27) before concluding the fall with a 79th-place mark of 25:15.38, which also ranked second on the team at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championship (Nov. 10).

Sophomore (2011)
Was the team’s top runner … tabbed first-team All-ASC and ASC Fall Academic Honor Roll accolades after being the squad’s top finisher at all six meets … garnered ASC Runner of the Week laurels twice … also named the program’s Most Valuable Runner … placed 32nd overall in season debut at the Texas Lutheran Invitational, completing the 5,000-meter circuit in 20:13.1 … finished sixth in the field by clocking in the fastest 6,000-meter time in school history (23:37.76) to lead the Tornados to a runner-up finish, a program record, at the Texas Division III Championships (Sept. 24) … was 36th overall in 19:55.90 at the Walt Disney World Classic (Oct. 8) … placed 25th at the Concordia Invitational (Oct. 15) with a personal-best 5k time of 19:32.38 … finished third overall with a mark of 24:24.50, the fastest 6k time in program history at a postseason meet, in leading the Tornados to their first team title at the ASC Championships (Oct. 29) … completed the season with a 39th-place performance of 24:41.5 to help the squad record the highest finish ever by any ASC institution (9th) at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships (Nov. 12).

Freshman (2010)
Team’s top runner ... named second-team All-ASC and won the squad’s Runner of the Year Award … made collegiate debut at the Tyler Lee Cross Country Classic (Sept. 11), placing 26th overall and second on the team after navigating the 6,000-meter circuit in 27:22.56 … led the Tornados with an 18th-place individual finish at the Texas Division III Championships (Sept. 25) with a time of 26:10 … was 21st overall and first on the team in a 5,000-meter course time of 21:10.8 at the Incarnate Word Invitational (Oct. 2) … placed 32nd in the field and first on the team at the Concordia Invitational with a season-best 5k mark of 20:18 (Oct. 16) … led the Tornados to a fifth-place team finish, their highest in school history at the time, at the ASC Championships (Oct. 30) by hitting the tape in a season-best 5k mark of 24:38 to place ninth overall and first on the squad … recorded a time of 26:32 to place 135th overall at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championship (Nov. 13).

High School
Did not compete in cross country at Logos Preparatory Academy … two-year letterwinner in track & field, garnering team MVP laurels in both seasons … placed fifth at states in the 800m as a senior and ran on the second-place 4x400-meter relay squad at the same meet during junior season … had personal-best marks of 2:32 in the 800m and 6:08 in the mile.

Personal
Daughter of Lucas and Jane Wagenaar … has one sister, Ashley ... also a member of the Tornados women's track & field team ... majoring in business marketing.
