Iryna Oliinyk is an Assistant Track & Field Coach at Concordia University Texas, where she primarily oversees the jumps while also contributing across multiple event groups.
Oliinyk brings more than 30 years of coaching experience at the youth, collegiate, and elite international levels, including over a decade as a coach for the Ukraine National Team. Throughout her career, she has developed athletes in jumps, sprints, hurdles, and combined events, preparing competitors for the highest stages of the sport, including the Olympic Games, World Athletics Championships, and European Championships .
From 2006–17, Oliinyk coached national-level athletes in Ukraine while also serving for more than two decades at the Odesa Sport School, helping produce national champions and international qualifiers. Since relocating to the United States, she has continued her impact through private coaching and club programs, including Leander Spartans and Texas Thunder Track Club, with athletes competing at the AAU Junior Olympic Games .
Oliinyk holds a master’s degree in physical culture and coaching from Kyiv National University of Physical Culture, is IAAF Level 2 certified, and earned her USATF Level 1 certification in 2018. Known for her individualized, technically driven approach, she is committed to developing student-athletes both competitively and holistically.
