Concordia Texas Athletics

Sean Granere, a native of Friendswood, TX, joined the CTX softball staff as an assistant coach in the fall of 2024. He was a standout two-sport athlete in high school, excelling in both football and baseball. After graduating, he played two years as a catcher at San Jacinto Junior College before completing his collegiate career at Houston Baptist University.

Sean has dedicated himself to coaching, spending four years as an assistant coach at Houston Christian High School. His passion for sports has carried over to his family, with his children actively involved in athletics: daughter Gentri plays soccer at Concordia University, daughter Jadyn plays softball at Alvin Community College, and son Gunner competes in both football and soccer at Fort Bend Christian Academy.
