SEGUIN, Texas – Kyleigh Irish pounded down 13 kills with a hitting percentage of .367 to lead the University of Texas at Dallas to a 25-15, 23-25, 25-15, 25-13 win over the Concordia Texas Tornados in the American Southwest Conference Crossover Tournament at Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas.

Niki Calverley recorded 41 assists, four aces, 10 digs and two block assists for the Comets (12-4, 5-1 ASC).

Concordia Texas (6-9, 2-5 ASC) received 10 kills from Kevyn Jackson and 21 digs from Juli Applewhaite.

Concordia will take on the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and UT - Tyler tomorrow afternoon at 12:00 Pm and 2:30 PM.
