BROWNWOOD, Texas -- The Concordia University Texas volleyball team wrapped up its 2009 campaign with a 3-0 loss at Howard Payne University Thursday evening.  CTX (8-19, 6-12 ASC) dropped the match in three sets by the scores of 20-25, 22-25, 23-25.

Freshman setter #Bianca Martinez# paced the CTX offense by dishing out 20 assists.  Senior outside hitter #Carrie Fisk# finished her collegiate career by leading the Tornados with 10 kills.

Sophomore outside hitter #Kevyn Jackson# led the CTX defense with 14 digs.

The Tornados were led offensively this season by sophomore middle blocker #Kalynn White#, who racked up 211 kills in 27 matches.  Fisk finished her season with 191 kills.

Martinez posted a team-high 441 assists in her first collegiate season.  Jackson led the club on the defensive end of the court, recording 320 digs.
