Alpine, Texas – Bianca Martinez had a double-double in her final American Southwest Conference match, but the Concordia University Texas volleyball team fell to Sul Ross State by a 3-2 score on Saturday, Oct. 20 at the Gallego Center. The Lobos rallied to win by set scores of 25-16, 18-25, 21-25, 25-23 and 15-13.

Martinez posted 10 assists and 10 digs to pace the Tornados. Stacy Manship tallied a team-leading eight kills to go along with 12 digs, while Alison Pringle contributed five blocks and three kills. Cassie Dominguez added 18 digs.

Josette Delgado was among three Sul Ross State (2-17, ASC 1-13) players to accumulate a double-double, ending the match with 32 assists and 14 digs. Lauren Aldana finished with 10 kills and 17 digs, while Erin Lynn had a 15-kill, 15-dig effort.

Concordia (10-17, ASC 5-11) will conclude its 2012 season when it travels to Trinity for a non-conference match on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 5:30 p.m.
