BOX SCORE ALPINE, Texas -- The Concordia Texas volleyball team took home a 3-0 victory over Sul Ross State Saturday afternoon.

Katie Baker led the way for the Tornados, landing 12 kills and grabbing 11 digs. Additionally, she had a pair of service aces. Lexi Perez added a match-high 13 digs.

The Tornados were in control wire-to-wire, holding the Lobos under the 20-point threshold in all three sets. Concordia commanded the first two sets, grabbing 25-15 and 25-16 victories. The final frame saw a 25-18 tally in favor of Tornados.

Concordia remains on the road for an Oct. 9 matchup at Mary Hardin-Baylor.
