GEORGETOWN, Texas – The Concordia Texas women's tennis team faced Southwestern in a non-conference match on Tuesday, falling 9-0.
The Tornados would fall behind early; coming up short in all three doubles matches 8-1.
Concordia Texas looked to bounce back in the singles matches.
The Tornados would battle tough against the Pirates, including
Claire Austin, who playing at line three looked to get CTX on the board but fell 6-2, 6-1.
The Tornados would go down in order, falling to Southwestern 9-0.
Up next, CTX will return home to face St. Mary's (IN.) on Friday at 9:30 a.m. at River Place Country Club.
