Cameron Burleson netted the lone goal for the Tornados on Sunday.

SEGUIN, Texas - The Concordia Texas men's soccer team earned an 1-1 draw at Texas Lutheran University. Senior defender Cameron Burleson netted the loan goal for the Tornados at Gustafason Field on Sunday.

In what was a physical and nearly even bout in all phases of the match, both teams headed in to the break tied 0-0. The Tornados' biggest edge came in the form of corner kicks where they had seven corners compared to the Bulldogs' three.

CTX would capitalize on a corner kick from Jose Aguirre to Burleson who headed in the goal in the 68th minute. TLU would scramble for the equalizer and ultimately find it late in the 85th. This would result in a draw as both teams would battle to end.
