BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Concordia Texas women's soccer team was bested on the road against Howard Payne. The Tornados were bested by a score of 4-0 at Citizen National Bank Field on Thursday.

CTX saw two solid chances at goal in the first half with shots by Tatum Winn in the 24th & Abbie Adcock in 35th, but the Yellowjackets would corral the two saves.

Howard Payne would score their first goal in the 39th to take a 1-0 lead into the break. In the second half, they would record three more goals in the final 14 minutes of the match to claim the victory.

Concordia Texas will next take on Huston Tillotson on Wednesday, September 10th at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex. Kick off is set for 11am.
