Was the only player to start all 36 games as a junior … Earned a place on the American Southwest Conference West Division First Team and the ASC Spring Academic Honor Roll … Named Offensive Player of the Year at the 2012 CTX Athletic Banquet ... 2011:
Started all 42 games as a sophomore … Made the ASC West Division Second Team for the second straight season and was honored as the squad’s defensive player of the year at the 2011 CTX Athletics Banquet … Posted a .227 average with 30 hits, including five doubles and a homer, along with 22 runs batted in and 13 runs scored … Finished tied for ninth in the American Southwest Conference in doubles … Also ranked third on the team in RBI and tied for third in home runs … Went 2-for-3 with two RBI in a 6-3 victory at Trinity (2/13) … Clubbed first career homer, a three-run shot, to lift the Tornados to a 3-1 win over Southwestern (3/8) … Went 3-for-4 with two RBI in a 13-0 rout of Texas Lutheran (3/26) … Scored twice, including the game-winning run on Alex Smith’s walk-off hit, while recording three hits and two RBI in a 6-5 comeback victory over Hardin-Simmons (3/31).
2010:
Made 39 appearances and 34 starts as a freshman … Named to the ASC West Division Second Team as a third baseman … Finished the year with a .275 average with 28 hits, 15 runs scored and eight RBI … Led the team with 77 assists and tied for second in triples (1) … Doubled seven times ... Posted a .964 fielding percentage by only committing five errors at the hot spot … Drove in the eventual game-winning run on a sacrifice fly in a 3-2 victory over Schreiner (3/12) … Went 3-for-4 with a career-best two doubles against Schreiner (3/13) … Had an RBI triple and scored a career-best three runs in a 14-2 win over Sul Ross State (3/19) … Plated a career-high two runs by hitting 3-for-4 in an 11-5 win over Texas Lutheran (3/27) … Went 7-for-12 and had three multi-hit performances to lead the Tornados to a four-game sweep over Howard Payne (4/17-18) … Finished 2-for-3 and scored the game-winning run on Lauren Vansickle’s walk-off single in a 2-1 win against the Yellow Jackets (4/17) … Singled through the left side to plate the game’s only run against Mary Hardin-Baylor (4/24).
