Named preseason All-American by The Sporting News … earned ASC Player of the Week honors (Nov. 25) after he posted a double-double in season opener against Huston-Tillotson (Nov. 15), which included career-high 38 points (13-for-23 field goals/2-of-5 3-pointers/10-of-12 free throws) and 12 rebounds … racked up a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds at Mississippi College (Dec. 2) … scored 25 points off the bench in Concordia's come-from-behind 96-93 win over No. 20 Mary Hardin-Baylor (Dec. 14) … poured in 24 points and was 11-of-11 from the free-throw line in the Tornados' 92-88 win at Schreiner a week later.

Junior (2012-13)
Tabbed ASC West Division Player and Newcomer of the Year … earned all-conference and first-team All-West Division honors … collected D3hoops.com first-team All-South Region and NABC first-team All-South District accolades … also named to the ASC All-Tournament Team after averaging 17 points and 6.7 rebounds in the Tornados' championship run … ranked second in the league in scoring (17.7/game) and third in rebounding (8.9/game) ... also picked up 65 steals and 45 steals … averaged 26.7 minutes in 30 games, including 28 as a starter … shot 49.4 percent (175-of-354) from the field and 47.2 percent (17-of-36) from beyond the arc … named ASC West Division Player of the Week on Jan. 7 after averaging 21.5 points and 12.5 rebounds against Texas-Tyler and East Texas Baptist … also earned player of the week honors on Feb. 19 after averaging 24.5 points on 72.7 percent shooting and seven rebounds in a pair of tilts against Sul Ross State and Howard Payne … racked up 10 double-doubles … scored double digits in 26 of 30 contests and grabbed double-digit rebounds 11 times … put up 20 or more points in 14 games … scored a season-high 29 points on 10-of-12 shooting (83.3 percent), including 4-of-5 beyond the arc, against Howard Payne (Feb. 16) … grabbed a season-high 16 boards three times during the campaign … pulled down 10 offensive rebounds as a part of a season-high night against Fisher (Jan. 13) … posted six consecutive double-doubles from Dec. 31-Jan. 13.

Appeared in 21 games at Jacksonville (Texas) College … averaged 7.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.

Made 18 appearances for Northwest (Wyo.) College … contributed 2.1 points and 1.8 boards per contest.

Started his high school career at Wilson HS in Long Beach, Calif. … moved to Texas and completed his prep career as a two-year letter winner at guard and forward at Klein HS … averaged 15 points, six rebounds and four assists per game as a senior … team captain who was named all-district … helped the team place as high as third in the district.
