Jordan Wright is beginning his first season as an assistant coach with the Concordia University Texas Men's Soccer team. He will assist Nick Mims with training and game day operations.Â

Wright comes to Concordia after playing under Coach Mims at the University of Houston-Victoria in the 2014-2015 season. While there, Wright played a pivotal role in leading UH-V to their first and only A.I.I. Conference final.Â

Prior to UH-V, Wright played at Massachusetts junior college powerhouse Bunker HIll. During this time, Wright captained the team to their first ever national final-four appearance as well as their highest national ranking ever at #2. He was also placed on the 2012 National Tournament Team, as well garnering 1st team NJCAA and NSCAA All-American awards.

Wright played for the Austin Aztex in the summer of 2012 under head coach Paul Dalglish. During this season the Aztex placed second in the Mid South Division.

He holds a United States Soccer Federation "E" license and currently resides in Austin. Â Â
