Prior to Concordia
Spent two years at Lone Star College, but did not play soccer.

High School
A three-year letter winner as a forward and midfielder at Cypress Ridge High School … helped team to District 15-5A Championship in 2009, which marked the first time the program had appeared in the playoffs … racked up 13 goals and 22 assists in his career … twice named second-team all-district … tabbed team's offensive MVP and overall co-MVP … also an Honor Roll student.

Son of Lucien and Mary Kouassi … has two sisters, Clarisse and Kevine … majoring in kinesiology.
