Miranda Hueser is in her first year with the Concordia Texas athletic training staff, joining the sports medicine department in August 2021.
Heuser joins the athletic training department in the role of assistant athletic trainer and will help the department in their coverage and service to the Tornados’ 15 intercollegiate sports.
Heuser arrives to CTX from Concordia University-Wisconsin, where she spent four years with the Falcons, including helping in the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries for their football program.
Hueser is well-equipped in the athletic training field having earned her bachelor of sports medicine as well as her master of science in athletic training during her time at CUW.
Since 2017, Hueser assisted the Falcons’ student-athletes, managing and designing pre and post-operative rehabilitation services and care, communicating with coaches regarding athletes’ injures and care as well as supervising and mentoring the younger athletic training students for both the football and men’s lacrosse programs.
She also has additional clinical experiences with several different sports, including women’s basketball, women’s volleyball, men’s soccer and track and field.
