2024-25 (Graduate Senior): D3hoops.com All-Region 10 Second Team... First Team All-SCAC... USBWA National Player of the Week ... 3x SCAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week ... SCAC Character & Community Female Student-Athlete of the Week ... Started in 20 of her 23 appearances ... Finished second in the league with 22.2 ppg, and fourth with 9.9 rpg and 2.6 spg. Mathews also recorded 10 double-doubles with season highs of 38 points (twice) and 18 rebounds ... Her 510 points were the seventh most, 22.2 ppg was the third most, 227 rebounds were the fourth most, and her 9.9 rbg were the sixth most in a single season in program history.

2022-23 (Senior): All-ASC Honorable Mention ... Started in all 22 games that she appeared in ... Averaged 25.9 minutes per game ... Aberaged 12.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.1 assists ... Scored her 1,000th point against LeTourneau on Decemeber 12th, 2022.

2021-22 (Junior): ASC honorable mention ... Appeared in 23 games, started in 16 ... Averaged 22.6 minutes per game ... Led the team in three categories, including points per game (13), field goals made (107), free throws made (79), and rebounds (149) ... Clinched three season highs against Southwestern with 31 points, 10 baskets, and two 3-pointers. 

2020-21 (Sophomore): American Southwest Conference West Division First Team ... Appeared in all 18 games with 17 starts ... Led the team in numerous categories, including minutes per game (27.1), points per game (15.6) and rebounds per game (7.9) ... Had a career night in a season-ending win over Ozarks on March 6, scoring a career-high 34 points and a season-high 14 rebounds en route to victory ... Also shot 10-10 from the free throw line and 11-18 from the field in the win ... Scored double-digit totals in 13 of 18 games ... Had 13 games with at least seven rebounds ... Six games with at least 20 points ... Had 17 points, 10 rebounds and a career-high seven steals against Howard Payne on Jan. 21 ... Six double-doubles.

2019-20 (Freshman): American Southwest Conference All-Freshman team ... All-Conference honorable mention ...  Appeared in 24 games with 16 starts ... Tied for second on the team with 25.2 minutes per game ... Averaged 13.1 points per game to rank 12th in the conference ... Ranked third in the ASC with 8.2 rebounds per game ... Had a .441 field goal percentage (130-295) ... Third on the team in steals with 25 ...  Scored career-best 24 points against Sul Ross State on Jan. 11 ... Had 16 rebounds against Arlington Baptist on Jan. 28 ... Seven double-doubles.
