Coach Victoria Becerra joined the Concordia University Texas volleyball program as a Graduate Assistant in the fall of 2024. With over 15 years of experience as a player and coach, she brings a deep understanding of the game and a strong passion for athlete development. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, she is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Health Administration.
Her volleyball career began at Magic Volleyball Club before continuing with Austin Performance Volleyball Club (AP), where she competed on high-level teams and received elite training. She also gained valuable experience in beach volleyball and had the opportunity to train under some of the sport’s most elite athletes—working with 3x Olympian and silver medalist Stacey Sykora for libero training and being coached on the beach by 3x Olympic gold medalist Misty May-Treanor.
In high school, Coach Becerra earned all-district honors in District 13-6A and served as Team Captain her senior year. She continued her career at the NCAA Division I level with Nicholls State University, earning the starting libero role as a freshman and excelling in her defensive responsibilities.
Coach Becerra has coached both girls’ and boys’ club volleyball and is recognized for her leadership, technical expertise, and ability to mentor young athletes.

- Helped open LA Pursue and served as Head Coach – 14 National
- Led team to a 27th-place finish out of 189 teams in the USA Division at AAU Nationals

- Guided team to three 1st-place finishes and a 2nd-place finish at the Battle of the Bay in Alabama
- Assisted 13 National team in securing their first tournament championship
