Saw action in seven matches and eight sets in her inaugural campaign with the Tornados … recorded four digs, two kills and one block assist … made collegiate debut against Concordia-Chicago on Sept. 1.

High School
Four-year letter winner as an outside hitter and middle blocker at Gatesville High School … named team captain as a senior … three-time first-team all-district and a second-team all-district honoree … named first-team Super Centex as a senior and was voted the district’s best blocker … four-time  academic all-state and all-district honoree … averaged 8.3 kills, 3.2 digs, 2.5 aces and 2.1 blocks per match in her final campaign … helped team reach regional semifinals twice and the regional quarterfinals once … squad also won district championship during freshman season … also lettered in track & field and basketball all four years, softball for three years and golf for one season … was an academic all-district selection in all three sports … captained the track & field team for three years, the basketball team for two years and the softball team for one … earned first-team all-district laurels three times and second-team all-district honors once in basketball … tabbed team MVP in track & field and was a regional qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles, 4x100-meter relay and triple jump … holds school record in 300-hurdles … regional qualifier in golf … led softball program to the state semifinals as a freshman and state playoffs as a sophomore … voted "Most Athletic" by peers … member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Spanish Club and Yearbook Committee.
