Concordia University Texas women's cross country senior Megan Wagenaar has been named the Taco Bell Athlete of the Week, it was announced on Tuesday morning.

Wagenaar placed 11th at last weekend's NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Championships and became the first runner in program history to qualify for the NCAA Championships.

The Missouri City, Texas, native also earned all-region honors earlier this week.
