ROUND ROCK, Texas -- Sophomore right-handed pitcher #Lyssa Yates# limited Texas Lutheran to one run guiding the Concordia University Texas softball team to a 9-1 win on Friday evening at Old Settlers Park. TLU jumped out to a 3-0 lead after two innings. The Tornados managed only two fourth-inning runs, but it wasn't enough as TLU was able to hang on for the conference win, snapping Concordia's six-game winning streak.
