LEWISVILLE, Texas -- Four one-run innings by Louisiana College led to a 4-0 loss in an elimination game at the 2010 American Southwest Conference championship softball tournament for the Concordia University Texas softball team.  CTX ends its season with a 24-16 overall record.

The Tornados were limited to just two hits by Lady Wildcats pitcher Rene' Schwartzenburg (22-3).  #Lauren Vansickle# and #Haylee Staton# were the only two Tornados to register hits against the junior right-hander for Louisiana College.

#Kat Moreno# (7-4) took the loss for Concordia after surrendering three runs, two earned, on four hits in two and one-thirds innings of work.  #Lyssa Yates# held the Lady Wildcats to one run over three and two-thirds innings of relief.

#Kassie Fuller# played in her final collegiate game.  The Alpine, Texas, native transferred to Concordia from Sul Ross State University, where she was an all-conference utility player.
