TYLER, Texas – The Concordia University Texas volleyball team rallied from a 2-1 deficit to defeat Texas-Tyler in five sets on Friday night.
The Tornados (12-11, 7-6 ASC) won the match by scores of 18-25, 25-19, 25-27, 25-20 and 15-12.
Katie Baker logged her conference-leading 15th double-double of the season after posting team highs with 15 kills and 24 digs.
Sara Hill added 11 kills, while
Zoe Allen handed out 47 assists.
Cassie Dominguez and
Morgan Bennett both registered double digits in digs with 16 and 10, respectively.
The Patriots (13-9, 10-4 ASC) received a match-high 20 kills from Rebekah Maner in the loss.
Concordia Texas will play at Texas-Dallas on Saturday. First serve is scheduled for 11 a.m. in Richardson.
