AUSTIN, Texas – The Concordia University Texas men's basketball team outlasted Sul Ross State in overtime 92-81 on Saturday at Concordia Fieldhouse.
WHERE THEY STAND• The Tornados won for the eighth time in their last nine games and improved to 11-6 overall (7-5 ASC).
• The Lobos fell to 2-14 overall (2-9 ASC).
HOW IT HAPPENED• Sul Ross State hit two 3-pointers in the final 11 seconds of regulation to force overtime.
• Rocky Feliciano's running triple dropped with two seconds left to tie the game at 76-all.
• Concordia Texas responded by outscoring the visitors 16-5 in the extra session.
• The Tornados were 4-of-5 from the floor, including 3-for-5 from beyond the arc, and hit 5-of-8 free throws in the overtime period.
• CTX scored the first 10 points of overtime.
HIGHLIGHTS• Four Tornados reached double figures, including
Andre Potts' game-high 19 points.

Josh Sanchez scored 18 points, including eight in overtime.

Rashad Coleman netted 15 points, including 13 at the charity stripe, and pulled down seven rebounds.

Terry Corprew logged seven points, seven rebounds, six assists and two steals in 26 minutes of action.
• Concordia was 36-of-46 (78.3 percent) from the free-throw line.
• The Tornados assisted on 17 of their 24 baskets.
