AUSTIN, Texas – Five different Tornados scored in double figures and helped the Concordia Texas men's basketball team race past Belhaven 109-66 Thursday night at Concordia Fieldhouse.
Joe Neal led CTX with 18 points to go along with six rebounds in just 11 minutes of game action as Concordia moved to 9-4, 3-2 ASC and remained unbeaten at home.

Charles Johnson III and
Joshua Samuels all accounted for at least 10 points in the game and CTX topped 100 points for the fourth time this season.
Hamilton, a sophomore from Baton Rouge, La., put up 11 points, eight assists and seven boards while Johnson III, a sophomore out of San Antonio, Texas, added 13 points and eight rebounds.
The Tornados came out of the gates hot, opening the game on an 18-1 run and did not look back. Shortly after, CTX went on a 14-0 run and went ahead 35-9 with 7:02 left in the first half.
The lead stretched at high as 48 when
Maluw Deng hit a layup to make it 96-48 at the 6:27 mark in the second stanza.
In total, 16 different Tornados scored in the game and held a 64-38 advantage in rebounds and a 43-4 edge in second chance points.
CTX has now won five of their last six games and will look to remain hot in their next ASC matchup with Louisiana College at 4 p.m. Saturday at Concordia Fieldhouse.
