LONGVIEW, Texas – The Concordia Texas women's soccer team, led by goalkeeper Kylie Bowman, battled from whistle to whistle with LeTourneau, but after 110 minutes of play the game ended in a scoreless draw.

The Tornados defense held steady throughout the game and kept the Yellow Jackets off the scoreboard, Bowman coming away with five saves in the contest.

In the first half, CTX fired three shots, including a shot on-goal from Patricia Heckendorn in the 15th minute, but were unable to convert.

Bowman, meanwhile, picked up all five of her saves in the first half, and held LeTourneau to a scoreless first half. The Tornados entered the second half in a 0-0 stalemate.

The Tornados' defense played a superb second half, allowing only one errant shot in the 61st minute. Elisa LeBoeuf, Cayla Gonzalez, and Heckendorn all applied pressure in the period, sending a combined four shots on-goal, but nonetheless, the match remained scoreless at the end of 90 minutes.

Both teams recorded a shot in the overtime periods, and Elizabeth Jones stopped the Yellow Jackets' potential game winner in its tracks with a save in the goal. The match ended in a scoreless draw.
