RICHARDSON, Texas - The Concordia Texas men's soccer team dueled to a 0-0 draw with the UT-Dallas Comets. Junior goalkeeper 
Joshua Redding posted four saves in the clean sheet at the UTD Soccer Field on Saturday.
The Comets won the shots attempted battle 10-9, but the Tornados held UT-Dallas to zero shot attempts in the second half. CTX dominated possession for the majority of the second half, with shots from 
Marco Vazquez and 
Melvin Molina just missing the mark. 
Molina, 
Marco Rodriguez Jr. and
 Antonio Rios all fired one shot on goal apiece. Molina led all players with three shots total. Ultimately, neither team was able to get on the scoreboard to result in a tie.
Concordia Texas will next host Hardin-Simmons on Thursday, Oct. 20 with a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.
