AUSTIN, Texas – The Concordia Texas men's basketball team cruised to a dominant 101-62 victory over Southwestern Adventist University.

Ibrahima Diallo all reached double-figure scoring and
Robert Hall tallied a game-high 12 rebounds inside the Concordia Fieldhouse on Tuesday.
The Tornados imposed their will throughout all facets of the game as their win was their largest margin of victory since Jan. 4, 2018 against Belhaven. CTX showed balance as their bench produced 51 points and the team scored 60 of their points in the paint. Concordia also produced 26 points off turnovers and 31 fast break points, while shooting 54.4 percent from the field.
The Knights used a 13-2 run to take an early 29-20 midway through the first. Gonzalez would then enter the game and he & sophomore guard
Branden Myart combined for 11 straight points to help the Tornados reclaim the lead. CTX would continue their rampage and take a 54-29 advantage into the break.
Concordia then came out of the half still firing on all cylinders as they opened the second on a 23-7 run in the first nine minutes. With the game out of reach, the Tornados breezed to the win.
Concordia Texas will remain at home to host Schreiner this Wednesday, November 15th at 5:30pm.
