AUSTIN, Texas - The Concordia Texas women's soccer team earned their third clean sheet in a row with a 2-0 victory over Austin College. Kallie Krenz & Alexandra Smithwick found the back of the net at Lewis Chen Family Field on Friday.

The Tornados dominated in all facets of the game as they outshot Austin College 20-4. Seven of those shots came in the first half and CTX finally broke through when Kaelyn Riley lobbed a pass over the entire field and found Krenz breaking free for a goal in the 41st minute. 

Keeping up the pressure, Concordia rattled off another 13 shots as a low cross from Patricia Heckendorn found Smithwick in the 65th. Controlling the field throughout the entirety of the match, the Tornados would keep the Lady Roos at bay for the victory.

Concordia Texas will next host the University of Dallas for the final home game of the season this Sunday, October 27th. Kickoff is set for 3:30pm at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex.
