ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Concordia Texas women's soccer fell in a 3-0 contest against Hendrix College at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex on Friday.
In what was an even game throughout the entirety of the match, Emma Payne & Tatum Winn recorded on-target shots in the 15th & 31st that were saved. The Warriors would capitalize in the 22nd with a goal from the left side of box.Â
Looking for the equalizer, The Tornados would have their best chance on a counter attack in the 76th where a shot by Avery Walker bounced off the wood work. Hendrix would then notch a pair of goals in the final six minutes to get the win.
Concordia Texas will next travel to Clarksville, Arkansas to take on the University of the Ozarks October 5th. Kick off is set for noon.
