BRADENTON, Florida - The Concordia Texas men's golf team earned their first win of the 2025 spring campaign with a 10-stroke triumph at the SU Spring Fling.
Parker Smith (
71-73-144, +4) beat the field by five shots, while
CJ Reitmeyer (
73-76-149, +9) earned a second-place finish individually at the Heritage Harbour Golf Resort.
Reitmeyer and Smith (five birdies) tied for a field-best 23 pars, while
Jack Mara (seventh-place, +16) posted the third most at 21.
Kaden English tied for 11th (
82-77-159, +19) and recorded the team's lone eagle in the second round on hole 13.
Round out the scoring for the Tornados on the men's side was
Ryan Rios (+20) &
Koke Dolce (+22), who finished tied for 14th and 17th respectively. On the women's side,
Paige Zehner placed 15th overall with a score of
94-105-199 (+59). Zehner totaled six pars and a day two birdie on hole eight.

The Tornados will now have two weeks off before hosting the Linda Lowery Invitational on March 24-25th at the Teravista Golf Club.
