AUSTIN, Texas - Concordia University Texas Athletics is proud to announce a transformative partnership with Team IMPACT, a national nonprofit that connects children facing serious illnesses and disabilities with college athletic teams. This collaboration aligns with our mission to develop Christian leaders and foster a culture of service, resilience, and community on and off the field. 

About Team IMPACT 
Team IMPACT's mission is to guide children and teams alike in a mutually beneficial relationship of belonging, empowerment, and resilience. Their vision is to create a world where every child facing serious illness and disability feels supported by something bigger and every team is transformed by a greater purpose.  

Through a structured, multiyear program, Team IMPACT matches children with college athletic teams, integrating them into the team environment. This relationship provides the children with a sense of belonging and support, while student-athletes gain perspective and purpose beyond the game.
