Appeared in five games on the mound, including a trio of starts … posted a 1-1 record and 6.62 ERA in 17.2 innings … fanned 15 and walked 12 … hurled six scoreless innings against Howard Payne (Feb. 16) to earn his first victory with the Tornados.

Prior to Concordia Texas
Spent time at the University of Houston and Howard Payne University before transferring to Concordia.

Four-year letter winner as a pitcher and outfielder at Oak Ridge High School … a three-year captain who was named first-team all-district … also played football for four seasons as a quarterback … team captain for three seasons … member of the National Honor Society.
