Played at North Central Texas College, Tyler Junior College and Northwood (Texas) University before joining the Tornados … led Northwood to an NAIA World Series appearance in 2013 … a year earlier, he helped Tyler JC to a berth in the NJCAA World Series … hit .290 with 11 doubles, a triple and 25 RBIs for the Knights as a junior … also stole seven bases and drew 21 walks … batted .296 with 14 doubles, a homer and 32 RBIs for the Apaches as a sophomore … also swiped eight bases and scored 31 runs … posted 18 hits, including three doubles, and 10 RBIs as a freshman at North Central Texas JC.
