2013 (Junior)
Competed in 41 games, including 37 starts, in his first years with the Tornados … hit .246 (30-for-122) with six doubles, a triple, two homers and 18 RBIs … also scored 18 runs and swiped four bases … drew 20 walks and was beaned seven times … went 3-for-3 with two doubles and an RBI versus Dallas (March 12) … was 3-for-3 with an RBI against Texas-Dallas (April 27).

Prior to Concordia Texas
Played one season at North Central Texas College and one at Tyler Junior College … made 56 appearances as a sophomore for Tyler JC … batted .303 with 56 hits, including 12 doubles, one triple, three home runs and 47 RBIs … also scored 38 runs.

High School
Graduated from Hebron High School … a three-time all-district selection, who earned first-team honors twice during career … named team's MVP during senior campaign.

Personal:
Son of Laura and Jason January … has one brother, Matt, who was a member of the 2011 and 2012 American Southwest Conference championship teams and was the 2012 ASC Tournament MVP at Concordia … his brother also currently serves as volunteer assistant coach with the Tornados … a multidisciplinary studies major.
