TYLER, TX – The Concordia University Texas women's soccer team fell to the University of Texas-Tyler Saturday afternoon. With the loss Concordia falls to 4-10-2 overall with a record of 3-8 in conference play, while UT-Tyler improves to 12-2-1 overall with a 9-2 record in conference play.

The University of Texas Tyler scored 5 goals in the first half and Concordia accidentally scored an own goal in the first half too. Concordia goalie Elizabeth Hall recorded 13 saves for the game. The Tornados were out-shot 33-3 by the Patriots.

The Concordia University Texas women's soccer team will go back to work on October 30, 2008 when they take on the University of the Ozarks at home. The game is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM. The game location will be announced early next week.
