CLARKSVILLE, Ark. -- The Concordia University Texas women's soccer team was shut out by the University of the Ozarks, 3-0, Thursday afternoon at Hurie Field.
Kristyn Shinn netted a pair of goals in the first half to put the Eagles (5-13-0, 4-8-0 ASC) up early in the contest. Ozarks would add an insurance goal in the 89th minute as Heather Dryden scored. Dryden was also credited with assists on each of Shinn's first-half goals.
Freshman goalkeeper #Teysha Sivage# recorded three saves for CTX (5-8-3, 3-8-1 ASC).
The Tornados will travel to Richardson, Texas to play their final game of the season, a 1:00 p.m. conference match up with the University of Texas-Dallas on Saturday.
