AUSTIN, Texas – The Concordia University Texas women's soccer team will continue its season-long five-match road trip this week, as it travels to Ozarks and Texas-Dallas for a pair of American Southwest Conference (ASC) matches. The Tornados will match up with the Lady Eagles at 1 p.m. on Thursday in Clarksville, Ark., before closing out the weekend versus Texas-Dallas at 1 p.m. two days later.

Concordia Texas (4-3-3, 2-1-1 ASC) is coming off a scoreless draw at East Texas Baptist last Saturday. The Tornados are looking to pick up their first win since knocking off Howard Payne on Oct. 4.

Senior Chastity Carrillo has amassed 13 total points (three goals/seven assists) to pace Concordia's offense, while junior Alex Price owns a team-best four goals. Freshman Megan Frontiera, who has started all 10 games in net for the Tornados, has stopped 63 shots and allowed an average of 1.15 goals per match.

Ozarks (6-8-0, 1-4-0 ASC) snapped a six-match losing streak with a 4-0 victory over LeTourneau last Saturday. The Lady Eagles were shut out in their previous six contests, four of which were against league foes. Victoria Romero is tied for second in the conference with 25 total points and second overall with 12 goals. The Ozarks defense has allowed 46 goals this year, which is the second-most among ASC squads.

Texas-Dallas (6-7-0, 4-1-0 ASC) has won three consecutive matches, including a 1-0 double overtime victory at Texas-Tyler last Saturday. The Comets also have not allowed a goal since Sept. 28. Carli Beckett leads Texas-Dallas with 14 total points, including eight assists, while Sarah Borg has accumulated 12 points on five goals and a pair of helpers.
